Self-actualization as the most important competitive advantage of organizations has always been a focus of globally developed societies. This can be achieved through strategic leadership and planning. This research aimed to design an interpretive-structural model of self-actualization for healthcare employees of the Oil Company, and the research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study consisted of healthcare experts from the Oil Company. The sample size and number of participating experts were set at 14, and a questionnaire—whose validity and reliability were confirmed through pairwise comparisons—was used to measure the research variables. Eleven key factors influencing the self-actualization of healthcare employees in the Oil Company were identified.Providing necessary resources and creating an environment where individuals can share their ideas and innovations enhances motivation. Offering training courses and opportunities for skill development can help employees continue their personal and professional growth.
