Abstract: (5 Views)
This study examines the impact of innovation networks and frugal innovation on organizational innovation among employees of the Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Refinery. The research employs a descriptive-survey methodology, with data collected through a structured questionnaire. The statistical population consists of both official and contractual managers and staff of the refinery, and a sample of 248 individuals was selected using Cochran’s formula. To assess construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and the research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings indicate a significant and positive relationship among the study variables; notably, innovation networks influence organizational innovation through the mediating role of frugal innovation. Based on these results, it is recommended that the refinery enhance its capabilities in developing advanced technologies and improve its readiness to meet future demands, while adopting a more innovative approach to remain competitive in the industry.
