Abstract:   (3 Views)
This research was designed and implemented with the aim of presenting a comprehensive model for sustainable marketing in the context of the industrial ecology of Iranian oil terminals. From the perspective of the objective, the present research is classified as applied-developmental research and in terms of data collection method, it is classified as descriptive studies. The participant population included university professors in the field of marketing and managers of Iranian Oil Terminals Company, 19 of whom were selected based on theoretical sampling. Interviews continued until theoretical saturation point was reached. The data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and a fuzzy Delphi questionnaire. The validity of qualitative data was evaluated based on four criteria of validity, transferability, confirmability, and reliability. Data analysis was performed using the grounded theory and fuzzy Delphi methods. The findings showed that causal conditions including industrial coexistence, industrial co-competition, customer responsiveness, and intra-organizational sustainability influence the formation of the pivotal phenomenon, namely sustainable marketing. The pivotal phenomenon also affects the strategies and actions under the title of industrial ecology strategy through contextual conditions such as industrial ecology and sustainability infrastructure, as well as intervening conditions such as political issues and government sanctions. In turn, the implementation of these strategies and actions leads to outcomes such as improving organizational productivity and effectiveness, attracting stakeholder and customer satisfaction, strengthening corporate social responsibility, and promoting environmental responsibility.
