The aim of the present research is to identify the components affecting talent management in the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company using thematic analysis. In this study, articles, library resources, and the opinions of experts and specialists from the company, as well as academic experts in the field of talent management, were utilized. Thematic analysis was employed to code and extract the main components, and the relationships between the extracted components were then illustrated in a model. In this research, 15 senior managers of the company were involved, and the indicators were extracted using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Atlas software, followed by the application of the five stages of thematic analysis, which include familiarization with the data, generating initial codes, forming sub-themes, defining and naming the main themes, and preparing the report. The results of the research indicate that talent management is a method for enhancing employee performance and fostering empathy between employees and supervisors to achieve the best approach for attracting, developing, and retaining human resources in the organization.
