The purpose of the present study was to provide an analytical model of the relationship between cross-cultural with organizational effectiveness, organizational culture, and organizational leadership in the North Oil Drilling Company. In terms of purpose, this research was applied, and in terms of data collection method, it was descriptive of the survey type in a sample of 384 employees of Hafari Shamal Oil Company. The data were collected using a standard questionnaire, and for its analysis, we used confirmatory factor analysis, and to calculate path coefficients, we employed structural equation path analysis with the help of PLS software estimates. The results of this research showed that; mutual culture has a significant impact on organizational effectiveness (0/682), organizational culture (0/611), and organizational leadership (0/567). Based on the findings, organizational culture and organizational leadership play a mediating role in the relationship between cross-cultural interaction and organizational effectiveness.
