This study examines the impact of strategic human resource management on innovation and digital transformation, with the mediating role of knowledge sharing. The research is applied in nature and utilizes a survey method for data collection. The statistical population includes 32 active petrochemical companies in Assaluyeh. The data collection tool was a standardized questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed in terms of content and construct validity, and its reliability was confirmed with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient greater than 0.7. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The analysis results indicated that strategic human resource management has a positive and significant impact on organizational innovation and digital transformation. Furthermore, knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between strategic human resource management and both organizational innovation and digital transformation in the petrochemical companies of Assaluyeh.
