The purpose of this research was to identify the factors affecting the organization's responsibility towards the family. The philosophy of this research is interpretive, qualitative method and its strategy is data-based theorizing with emergent approach. The statistical population included the employees of Iran's gas refining operating companies, were selected using the snowball sampling method. The qualitative treasury of the research were managers and experts who had more than ten years of work experience. After semi-structured in-depth interviews with 33 company experts, data saturation was achieved. Four criteria of validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability were used to validate the research process. The results of the analysis of interviews and coding showed that the components of the organization's responsibility towards the family include support, alignment and exchange. In order to present the model, according to the analysis, "6C" family was used.
