The aim of the research was to present an experience management framework in Sarkhun Gas Refining Company with an interpretive structural approach. The research method was descriptive and qualitative. The statistical population of the research was 20 experts from the gas refining company who were purposefully selected based on the principle of theoretical saturation. To examine the accuracy and validity of the findings, it was confirmed by 5 experts and two coders. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and a structured self-interaction form. Interpretive structural modeling method was used to structure the components. Based on the findings, 50 indicators in the form of 12 components affect experience management in Sarkhun Gas Company. The results also showed that the components were classified into 5 levels, with the components of educational measures, management factors and policies at the fourth level and the creation of a platform for using experiences at the fifth level having the greatest impact on creating or strengthening other components and need to be prioritized for action.
