The purpose of this research is to provide a practical model that seeks to identify the components of the sustainable value network in the oil products distribution sector and also to develop a basic theory useful for experts and academics. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive and exploratory research. The grounded theory method was also used. In this research, in order to collect data, an in-depth interview was conducted with 15 experts of Iran's National Oil Products Distribution Company. First, the purposeful sampling was judgmental, and then snowball sampling was used to achieve theoretical saturation. From the obtained data, the research model was formulated and finally the paradigm model was classified in the form of six main categories, 34 sub-categories and 218 characteristics. In this research, the dimensions and components affecting the sustainable value network were comprehensively explained in the form of a coherent structure and the required management processes were defined.
