The main goal of this research is designing an electronic human resource management (E-HRM) model to develop administrative integrity in National Iranian Oil Company. This research based on the purpose, is a developmental-applied research, in terms of approach, it is a survey-exploratory research and in terms of type, it is a qualitative research. Therefore, to identify the components of electronic human resource management integrity-oriented was used theme analysis method. The statistical population of this research was 15 experts who were selected by purposive sampling method(theoretical saturation).Reliability was measured by test-retest reliability and validity through four criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The model of electronic human resources management in order to improve the integrity of the administrative system was extracted from 630 primary codes in the form of 7 main themes, 16 sub-themes and 60 concepts through MAXQDA2020 software
