Designing a model of human resources foresight in the oil industry with emphasis on dynamic capabilities

The‌ purpose‌ of‌ this‌ research‌ is‌ designing‌ a‌ model‌ of‌ human‌ resources‌ foresight‌ in‌ the‌ oil‌ industry‌ with‌ a‌ dynamic‌ capabilities‌ approach.‌ This‌ research‌ from‌ the‌ perspective‌ of‌ purpose‌ is‌ part‌ of‌ exploratory‌ research‌ and‌ the‌ method‌ of‌ performing‌ the‌ work‌ qualitatively.‌ Semi-structured‌ in-depth‌ interviews‌ were‌ used‌ to‌ collect‌ data‌ and‌ the‌ research‌ strategy‌ of‌ the‌ grounded‌ theory‌ with‌ a‌ systematic‌ approach‌ and‌ open,‌ pivotal‌ and‌ selective‌ coding‌ was‌ used‌ for‌ analysis.‌ The‌ statistical‌ population‌ of‌ the‌ study,‌ according‌ to‌ the‌ theoretical‌ saturation‌ of‌ the‌ data,‌ was‌ 15‌ managers,‌ deputies‌ and‌ heads‌ of‌ human‌ resources‌ groups‌ of‌ the‌ National‌ Iranian‌ Oil‌ Company.‌ To‌ measure‌ the‌ reliability‌ of‌ the‌ interviews,‌ the‌ reliability‌ method‌ was‌ used‌ between‌ the‌ two‌ coders‌ and‌ to‌ ensure‌ the‌ validity‌ of‌ the‌ research,‌ the‌ matching‌ method‌ was‌ used‌ by‌ the‌ members.‌ The‌ research‌ results‌ show‌ the‌ extraction‌ of‌ 114‌ open‌ codes,‌ 41‌ axial‌ codes‌ and‌ 23‌ selected‌ codes‌ in‌ the‌ form‌ of‌ a‌ paradigm‌ model.
