| The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of Business Ethics on Development of Intellectual in Iranian oil pipeline and telecommunication company (IOPTC). we used questionnaire for gathering data and 150 of 91 responded to the questionnaire. In order to test the validity of the questionnaire we used Confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach’s Alpha was used to assess the reliability. The results show that Business Ethics has a positive and significant effect on Development of Intellectual and all hypotheses were confirmed. |
