The main objective of the present study is to design an optimal sustainable mathematical model considering reliability, sustainability, finance and their integration in Tehran Oil Refinery. To deal with the multi-objective nature of the sustainable supply chain master plan problem, the Fuzzy Goal Programming (FGP) approach has been used. The present study uses FGP mathematical modeling in terms of application purpose and data type, and the Analytical Network Process (ANP) approach has been used to weight the objectives. The designed model was reviewed by 25 experts, and the model was coded under the Gams ver.24 software environment. The results of solving the model indicate that none of the model's ideals have reached their ideal limits and deviations in the ideals still remain. It seems that if environmental impacts are not taken into account, the company's production amount will increase by 250 units of income over 4 planning periods.
