This study presents a hybrid method for selecting the optimal supply chain management contract in the oil and gas industry using a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach. Contract selection criteria were identified through expert input, and three contract options related to wellhead safety cabinet systems were proposed. The Best-Worst Method (BWM) was used to determine the importance of criteria, and the MARCOS method was applied to rank the contract alternatives. Six evaluation criteria were considered: economic and commercial factors, technical and engineering aspects, environmental factors, key performance indicators, external drivers, and internal drivers. Results showed that economic and commercial factors were the most significant (weight = 0.4106), while internal drivers were the least important (weight = 0.0475). Based on the analysis, the contract options were ranked as Contracts 2, 3, and 1, respectively. This approach provides a practical decision-support tool for selecting optimal contracts in the oil and gas supply chain.
