The present study investigates conducted with the aim of designing a model of generous leadership in Gas Company of Kerman Province and has a mixed approach based on qualitative and quantitative and the statistical population of the qualitative part for the purpose of building the model included 18 professors in the fields of organizational behavior management and human resources and senior managers of National Gas Company. The statistical population of the quantitative part included 265 employees of the gas company of Kerman province, who were selected in a stratified manner. The tools of data collection in this research were referring to documents, interviews with experts and questionnaires. Data analysis was done based on thematic analysis technique, structural-interpretive modeling and structural equation modeling using NVIVO, SPSS and Smart-PLS software. The results showed that the antecedents and outcomes of generous leadership in National Gas Company include 21 basic topics and 8 topics of organizing. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the proposed model has a good fit.
