One of the major business paradigms in the third millennium to address these factors is "organizational agility." In this regard, the first step in promoting organizational agility is to identify barriers and obstacles. Therefore, the main objective of the present research is to "investigate, identify and prioritize organizational agility barriers in Maroon Petrochemical Company". The population of the research was in the qualitative stage including experts and in a quantitative phase, all Marun Petrochemical personnel (2337 people). In the first stage, in order to identify organizational agility barriers, 18 experts were selected through theoretical and objective sampling method and participated actively in the research. Also, the results of using the fuzzy TOPSIS technique are the organizational agility barriers as follows: 1. performance management, 2. human resources, 3. customer service, 4. leadership, 5. organizational change, 6. information technology, and 7. culture And values are prioritized.
