Abstract:   (3 Views)
The purpose of the current research was to design and validate the model for evaluating the effectiveness of managers' training courses in ICOFC. Therefore, in terms of the goal, this research was developmental research, and in terms of the collected method, it was a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research. Content analysis method was used in the qualitative part and structural equation modeling method was used in the quantitative part. The statistical population in the qualitative part included documents related to the subject in the period from 1900 to 2022, and in the quantitative part it included managers, heads and supervisors of oil companies in the central regions. In order to sample in the qualitative part using the theoretical purposeful sampling method of 53 sources, after several stages of screening with the indicators of the title, abstract, content and quality of the research and the criterion of critical assessment skills (CASP) selection, and in the quantitative part, the number of 80 managers and the chiefs of headquarters of the oil company of the central regions of Iran were elected. In the quantitative part, the sample has been equal to the society. Data were collected in the qualitative part through a researcher-made checklist form and in the quantitative part through a researcher-made questionnaire. Validation of research tools in the qualitative section using validation methods in qualitative research according to Goba and Lincoln, Holistic method, having theoretical foundations and revision of calculation supervisors, and in the quantitative section, confirmatory factor analysis methods, composite reliability, convergent validity, Fornell's test and Larcker was calculated. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part using three-stage coding (open, axial and selective) in the environment of MAXQDA and Edrawmax software, and in the quantitative part structural equation modeling was used in the environment of SmartPLS software. According to the findings of the research in the qualitative part, there are 266 open codes under the title of indicators and research indicators, 19 core codes under the title of research components and 6 core codes that include financial benefits, return of expectations, transfer of learning, performance and skills of managers., the environment of the learning oil company and how to exchange the learnings were identified as the dimensions of the research. The findings of the quantitative section showed that the value of the fit index for the validated model in the present study is equal to 0.663, so it is greater than the permissible limit and indicates the appropriate fit of the model.
