The purpose of this research is to identification and modeling the indicators affecting the transparency of the blockchain-based supply chain in the country's petrochemical industry. In terms of its purpose, this research is placed in the category of applied research. The method of this research is experimental due to its analytical nature. Also, the data collection technique in this research is interview and questionnaire. In the first stage of the research, indicators affecting the transparency of the blockchain-based supply chain were extracted using the content analysis method. At this stage, 20 operational experts of the country's petrochemical industry were interviewed to obtain rich information in the field of blockchain-based supply chain transparency indicators. The output of this step is the extraction of 24 sub-indexes of blockchain-based supply chain transparency and 9 main factors of blockchain-based supply chain transparency. The main factors of blockchain-based supply chain transparency in the country's petrochemical industry, according to the results obtained from the interviews and the content analysis method, are location intelligence, integrated information management, supply chain intelligence, supply chain healthiness, financial management intelligence, supply chain trust, supply chain awareness, Real-time monitoring of changes and events, quality management intelligence. Then, in the next step of this research, by using the same experts from the previous step and by using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique, the causal relationships between the main factors were extracted, and the results of this step indicate that the factor of integrated information management is the most effective factor among others Factors and supply chain trust is the most adjective factor.
