The Purpose of this study is Survey The effect of the three components of authentic leadership, Self-awareness, Self-regulation and Behavior on Implementation of Talent Management process. The research is applied and survey was conducted in sample of 270 of force staff in the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company; for data gathering a questionnaire was used after reliability and validity valuation; Spearman correlation and Chi-square methods were used to test the hypotheses and path analysis was performed to determine the appropriateness of the model. Results of statistical analysis showed that the three components of authentic leadership is effective on the implementation of talent management
