The purpose of this research is to present a model of the development of ambidextrous human resources with the approach of dynamic capabilities. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part is based on data analysis. The statistical community of the research in the qualitative part includes 15 experts and human resource managers of National Iranian Oil Company. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews in the qualitative section and researcher-made questionnaires in the quantitative section. Questionnaire validity and construct validity and reliability were calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha. The results of the research were categorized in the form of six causal factors, central phenomenon, strategies, background conditions, intervention and consequences. Causal factors include organizational, environmental, and individual factors. and contextual factors including managerial and structural factors and phenomenon-oriented factors including ambidextrous education, combination and redesign of human resources capabilities, development of ambidextrous and strategies including a developmental approach to ambidextrous human resources and redesign of dynamic capabilities of ambidextrous human resources and intervention factors It includes legal, organizational, and motivational factors, and the consequences include improving the dynamic capabilities of ambidextrous human resources, improving dynamic organizational capabilities, and improving productivity.
