In many organizations, the reason for weak performance is the inappropriate culture and lack of positive psychology issues. The purpose of this study is to identify the possible factors that affect the reduction of positive organizational psychology in the Isfahan Gas Company. In this research the thematic analysis method was used. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews. The interviews lasted from 60 to 90 minutes. The research population consisted of employees of the Isfahan Gas Company, who were selected by a purposive sampling method. After interviewing 24 people, theoretical data saturation was achieved; however, interviews were continued with 5 other people to ensure certainty. Based on this, a total of 29 people were interviewed. Based on the results of the research, four main themes were identified, including factors related to employees; factors related to managers; factors related to the organization and factors related to external to the organization. During the analysis of the results, 46 subthemes were also identified.
