Abstract:   (201 Views)
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the national gas consumption optimization plan in Arak city. The theoretical framework is the CIPP effectiveness model. The method of this research is quantitative and survey, and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population of this research is the gas subscribers of Arak city, for whom the national gas consumption optimization plan was implemented in 2022. Sampling from this number was complete and finally 70 questionnaires were analyzed. The results showed that the average dimensions of context, input, process and product are 4.33, 3.87, 3.89 and 3.42, respectively. Results of the one sample T-test show that the average dimensions of context, context, input, process and product are higher than the average of criterion 3 and this is statistically significant. The results of the structural equation model showed that the variables of process effectiveness (beta coefficient = 0.33) and input effectiveness (beta coefficient = 0.13) have the greatest impact on product effectiveness. The greatest impact on the effectiveness of the process is related to the variables of input effectiveness (beta coefficient = 0.37) and context effectiveness (beta coefficient = 0.36). The only effect on the effectiveness of the input is the context effectiveness variable (beta coefficient = 0.33).
