The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model for employees' digital experience. This research was conducted with qualitative approach and using the data-based theorizing method. participants the qualitative phase of the research included 16 academic experts and specialists in the field of human resource management and information technology, who were selected by purposeful sampling. data of this stage were collected with the help semi-structured interview and analyzed in the framework of the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin using open, central and selective coding method. this research, the digital experience organizational employees was considered as central category consisting of cognitive, emotional and perceptual experience. research findings showed that environmental, technological and institutional requirements are the causal conditions this experience. the other hand, corona epidemic and categories related causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, strategies and consequences were also identified and the relationships between them were shown.
