In the last decade, we have seen strong growth in published scholarly and practitioner-focused research on work–life balance initiatives which are implemented in organizations to assist employee to managing their work and non-work demands. This study aim is identifying the dimensions and components of sustainable work-life balance model in petroleum industry. For this purpose multi grounded theory has been used. For acheving this goal, we examine the theoretical background among 411 primary articles, and 54 articles have been selected for analysis. and at the same time by conducting interviews with the experts of the petroleum industry, codes and concepts have been extracted And finally, the codes, concepts and sub-categories are presented in the three main categories of social, economic and environmental sustainability of work-life balance.
