Examining the Component of Professional Ethics of Managers of National Iranian Oil Company Based on the Global Balance (World Class) Model

This study with the aim of investigating the professional ethics component of managers of the national Iranian oil company based on the global ranking model. In terms of methodology, is applied research and based on the nature of the method, it is descriptive and in the category of survey research. The statistical population included 440 people, 242 people were selected based on Cochran's formula, and due to spread of corona, and 156 complete questionnaires were returned. The validity of the tool was confirmed with the supervision of 8 experts. Based in Cronbach's alpha, the reliability coefficient of questionnaire was estimated at 91%. The results of the analysis showed that social responsibility, creating peace in the work environment and strengthening and expanding the observance of ethical standards, have the highest mean and the items of attentions to the environment; conflict recognitions skills, conflict and adherence to tax laws, budgeting, Regulations and budget law had the lowest average.
