Proper design of management dashboards and according to the needs of users requires consideration of important and effective technical-engineering characteristics and the relationships between them. The aim of this study was to dynamically modelling of the strategic management dashboards and dynamic analysis of this model. For this purpose, out of 27 identified technical requirements for designing strategic management dashboards in the field of human resources management in NIOC, 17 items, based on the nature, importance and correlation between them in the house of quality model was selected as research variables and was used to build the problem model. The model was validated and different scenarios were examined and analyzed during several tests, including boundary adequacy test, structure evaluation, integration error, behavior reproduction, and sensitivity analysis. The research results indicate the confirmation of the model and the necessity of the existence of all variables and its reliability over time.
