Abstract
Organizational entrepreneurship is a very important element in the process of organizational and economic development. Therefore, investigating the impact of organizational intelligence and culture on organizational entrepreneurship in Shiraz Gas Company was considered as the research goal. This research is consumed applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. The statistical population of the present study included all managers of Shiraz Gas Company with 230 people. According to Morgan's table, the sample size was estimated at 140 people. The research data were collected using the Standard Questionnaires including Albrecht Organizational Intelligence (2003), Denison Organizational Culture (2000) and to measure organizational entrepreneurship by using Octane and Biolet standard questionnaire (2008). The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed using content and structure validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability index. The data collected by the software and Lisrel software were analyzed. The results showed that both organizational intelligence and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship.
