fa ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت‌های خدمات لجستیک وزارت نفت با رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده ‌های شبکه ‌ای مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">صنعت نفت از مؤثرترین و بزرگ‌ترین صنایع کشور است که در سال&rlm;های اخیر تحت تأثیر تحریم&rlm;های ظالمانه امریکا قرار گرفته است بنابراین عملکرد شرکت&rlm;های فعال در آن، بسیار اهمیت دارد. شرکت&rlm;های لجستیک فعال در آن نقش پشتیبانی‌کننده در این صنعت ایفا می&rlm;کنند و عملکرد ضعیف آن&rlm;ها می&rlm;تواند ضرر و زیان بسیار زیادی به اقتصاد کشور وارد کند ازاین‌رو لازم است که به‌طور مداوم مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند. این تحقیق هم در همین راستا و با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت&rlm;های لجستیکی فعال در صنعت نفت انجام شده است. در این تحقیق جهت ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت&rlm;های لجستیکی فعال در صنعت نفت، با بررسی ادبیات موضوع و نظرخواهی از خبرگان و متخصصین شاخص&rlm;های ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت&rlm;ها شناسایی شدند. سپس جهت اندازه‌گیری عملکرد شرکت&rlm;ها از رویکرد دومرحله‌ای تحلیل پوششی داده&rlm;های شبکه&rlm;ای استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متوسط کارایی در سال 1399 در مرحله اول 80 درصد و در مرحله دوم 74 درصد و کل کارایی 60 درصد بوده است. در این سال واحدهای چهارم و ششم در مرز کارایی قرار داشته و دارای بیشترین میزان کارایی و واحد هیجدهم با مقدار 28 درصد دارای کمترین میزان کارایی هستند. در سال 1400 متوسط کارایی در مرحله اول 79 درصد و در مرحله دوم 85 درصد و کل کارایی 68 درصد بوده است. در این سال واحدهای چهارم و هشتم در مرز کارایی قرار داشته و دارای بیشترین میزان کارایی و واحد دوازدهم با مقدار 50 درصد دارای کمترین میزان کارایی هستند. مقایسه میزان کارایی در این دو سال بیانگر این است که کل کارایی 22 درصد رشد داشته است</span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The oil industry is one of the most influential and largest industries in the country, which in recent years has been affected by the oppressive sanctions imposed by the United States. Therefore, the performance of the companies active in this sector is of great importance. The logistics companies operating in this industry play a supportive role, and their poor performance can cause significant damage to the country&rsquo;s economy. Hence, it is necessary to continuously evaluate their performance. This study was conducted in this context, aiming to assess the performance of logistics companies active in the oil industry. To evaluate the performance of these logistics companies, performance evaluation indicators were identified through a literature review and expert consultation. Then, a two-stage Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) approach was used to measure the companies&#39; performance. The results showed that in the year 2020(1399 in the Iranian calendar), the average efficiency in the first stage was 80%, in the second stage 74%, and the overall efficiency was 60%. In that year, the fourth and sixth units were on the efficiency frontier, having the highest efficiency, while the eighteenth unit had the lowest efficiency at 28%. In 2021 (1400), the average efficiency in the first stage was 79%, in the second stage 85%, and the overall efficiency was 68%. In that year, the fourth and eighth units were on the efficiency frontier with the highest efficiency, and the twelfth unit had the lowest efficiency at 50%.
