fa ارائه مدلی جهت بررسی و ارزیابی میزان مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب با استفاده از روش مدل‎سازی ساختاری تفسیری فازی Providing a model for investigating and evaluating the level of social responsibility of the South Oilfields Company using the fuzzy interpretive structural modeling method. مديريت Management پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف بررسی سیستماتیک پژوهش‌های پیشین حوزه مسئولیت&rlm;پذیری اجتماعی، همچنین شناسایی عناصر کلیدی و ارائه مدل ساختاری جهت سنجش و ارزیابی مسئولیت&lrm;پذیری اجتماعی در شرکت مناطق نفت&lrm;خیز استان بوشهر انجام شد. مسئولیت&rlm;پذیری اجتماعی پدیده‌ای است که به&lrm;موجب آن شرکت‌ها به&rlm;طور داوطلبانه موضوعات اجتماعی و زیست&rlm;محیطی را در فعالیت‌های اقتصادی خود وارد می‌کنند و با ذینفعان تعامل دارند. در نتیجه افزایش آگاهی و نگرانی جامعه، رسانه‌ها، سازمان‌های بین‌المللی و دولت‌ها، معنا و رویکرد مسئولیت&rlm;پذیری اجتماعی به&rlm;طور قابل&rlm;توجهی تغییر کرده است. با مطالعه ادبیات موضوع و بهره&rlm;گیری از رویکرد تحلیل محتوای متنی، تعداد شش عامل اساسی احصا شد که جهت بومی&rlm;سازی آن&rlm;ها به‌منظور ارزیابی و سنجش مسئولیت&lrm;پذیری اجتماعی در شرکت مناطق نفت&rlm;خیز جنوب استان بوشهر، از تکنیک دلفی در سه دور استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را مدیران و کارشناسان آشنا به موضوع و شاغل در حوزه نفت و گاز تشکیل دادند. جهت جمع&rlm;آوری داده&rlm;ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی و پایایی آن نیز تأیید شد. جهت طراحی مدل ساختاری عوامل مؤثر برای ارزیابی و سنجش مسئولیت&lrm;پذیری اجتماعی، از رهیافت مدل&lrm;سازی ساختاری تفسیری در محیط فازی جهت مدیریت ابهامات زبانی در قضاوت&rlm;ها بهره گرفته شد. براساس مدل&lrm;سازی ساختاری و نمودار میک&lrm;مک، در ناحیه خودمختار هیچ عاملی واقع نشده است. در ناحیه وابسته، عامل مسئولیت‌های بشردوستانه و مسئولیت&rlm;های اخلاقی، در ناحیه پیوندی عامل مسئولیت&lrm;های زیست&rlm;محیطی و عوامل استخدام نیروی جامعه محلی، سلامت اهالی منطقه و رفاه و توسعه اجتماعی در ناحیه مستقل قرار داشته، این عوامل کلیدی هستند و بر دیگر عوامل تأثیر دارند. در این ناحیه عامل استخدام نیروی جامعه محلی مهم&lrm;ترین عامل است و عامل سلامت اهالی منطقه دارای قدرت نفوذ بالا و وابستگی متوسط و عامل رفاه و توسعه اجتماعی دارای وابستگی و قدرت نفوذ متوسطی هستند This study aims to systematically review previous research in the field of social responsibility, as well as identify key elements and present a structural model to measure and evaluate social responsibility in the Bushehr Oilfields Company. Social responsibility is a phenomenon whereby companies voluntarily include social and environmental issues in their economic activities and interact with stakeholders. As a result of the increased awareness and concern of society, the media, international organizations and governments, the meaning and approach to social responsibility have changed significantly. By studying the relevant literature and using the text content analysis approach, six basic indicators were identified, and the Delphi technique was used in three rounds to localize them in order to evaluate and measure social responsibility in the Southern Oilfields Company of Bushehr Province. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers and experts familiar with the subject and working in the oil and gas field. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, the validity and reliability of which were also confirmed. To design a structural model of effective indicators for assessing and measuring social responsibility, the interpretive structural modeling approach in a fuzzy environment was used to manage linguistic ambiguities in judgments. Based on structural modeling and the Mi’kmaq diagram, no indicator was found in the autonomous region. In the dependent region, the humanitarian and ethical responsibilities index, the environmental responsibilities index are in the linked region, and the local community employment index, the health of the region’s residents, and the welfare and social development index are in the independent region. These indicators are key and have an impact on other indicators.
