fa رابطه کرنوبیولوژی با عوامل مرتبط با ریسک ابتلا به حوادث شغلی در شرکت بهره‌برداری نفت و گاز گچساران پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">دانش کُرنوبیولوژی (گاه‌شناسی زیستی)، پدیده‌های زیستی و تغییرات آن‌ها به تناسب زمان را مورد مطالعه قرار می‌دهد. هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی تأثیر کرنوبیولوژی بر حوادث شغلی در شرکت بهره‌برداری نفت و گاز گچساران بود. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری آن، کلیه کارکنان شرکت با سابقه کاری حداقل 5 سال با مدرک تحصیلی فوق دیپلم و رتبه سازمانی13 به بالا (700 نفر) بود و حجم نمونه 223 نفر محاسبه شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ساخته شامل70</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">سؤال برای شناسایی تأثیر عوامل (ماهیت کار، تحصیلات، بهره‌وری، خستگی از کار و انعطاف ‌پذیری) و حوادث شغلی بود که پس از توزیع مقدماتیِ30 نسخه پرسش‌نامه، آلفای کرونباخ آن0/81</span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">محاسبه گردید. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که در شرکت مذکور از بین ابعاد مورد بررسی تحقیق ، بُعد &quot;خستگی از کار&quot; و &quot;بهره‌وری یا راندمان ساعات کاری&quot; به‌ترتیب دارای بیشترین میانگین از دید پاسخگویان بوده است.</span></span> Knowledge of chronobiology (some times Biology), biological phenomena and their changes with the time is heavily studied. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of chronobiology on occupational accidents in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company. The research method was descriptive-correlational. Statistical population consisted of all operating employees in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company with at least 5 years work experience and post graduate degree and organizational grade over 13 (including 700 people). Among them 223 employees was selected as the research sample. The measurement tool included a researcher-made questionnaire containing 70 questions to identify the impact of occupational events. After preliminary distribution of 30 questionnaires, Cronbach&#39;s alpha was calculated to be 0.81.
