fa طراحی الگوی تعادل کار- زندگی با رویکرد پژوهش کیفی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت گاز استان مازندران) پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر تبیین الگوی تعادل کار </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> زندگی در شرکت گاز استان مازندران به‌عنوان یک شرکت خدمت‌رسان و پروژه‌محور است. در پژوهش حاضر از روش کیفی مبتنی بر راهبرد داده‌بنیاد استفاده شد. زیرا محقق به‌منظور تبیین الگو از داده‌های مفهومی که به‌صورت نظام‌مند گردآوری شده بودند، استفاده نمود. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش میدانی با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه استفاده شد. نمونه آماری مصاحبه‌شوندگان را 25 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت مورد مطالعه تشکیل دادند. ﻣﺤﻘـﻖ ﺑـﺎ روﻳﻜـﺮدی استقرایی و با استفاده از داده‌های گردآوری شده به تدوین نظریه‌ای قابل‌اتکا در زمینه تعادل کار </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> زندگی پرداخت. ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ اﻣﺮ، پس از کدگذاری باز، مفاهیم و مقوله‌ها استخراج شدند و در مرحله کدگذاریِ محوری، این مقوله‌ها در قالب پدیده‌های محوری، شرایط عِلّی، شرایط زمینه‌ای و شرایط مداخله‌گر نشان داده شد. سپس خطِ داستان و الگوی پارادایمی تحقیق ترسیم گردید. </span></span> The main purpose of this paper is to develop the model of work-life balance in Mazandaran Province Gas Company as a service and project-oriented company. In the present study, a qualitative method based on grounded theory strategy has been used, because the researcher has used systematically collected conceptual data to explain the model. The field method was used for data collection by interview tools and the statistical population consisted of 25 managers and experts of the study company. Researcher developed a credible theory of work-life balance using an inductive approach to data collection and for this purpose, after the open coding, concepts and categories were extracted and in the axial coding stage these categories were presented in the form of axial phenomena, causal conditions, contextual conditions, and confounding conditions.
