fa بررسی تأثیر معنویت محیط کار بر سلامت روانی جامع کارکنان؛ مطالعه‌ای در شرکت پتروشیمی پازارگاد عسلویه پژوهشي Research <p class="Text-" dir="RTL"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر معنویت محیط کار بر سلامت روانی جامع کارکنان و سه بُعد اصلی آن (بهزیستی هیجانی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و بهزیستی اجتماعی) صورت گرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها نیز از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه آماریِ تحقیق شامل کارکنان شرکت پتروشیمی پازارگاد واقع در عسلویه بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان تعیین شد که در نهایت، تعداد 238 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه معنویت محیط کار میلیمن و همکاران و پرسش‌نامه کوتاه شده سلامت روانی جامع کیز بود. روایی هر دو پرسش‌نامه از نظر روایی ظاهری، محتوایی و سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و برای آزمون پایایی آنها نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. مقدار این ضریب برای پرسش‌نامه میلیمن 0/81 و برای پرسش‌نامه کیز0/84 به‌دست آمده است. داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">SPSS25</span><span dir="RTL"></span><span dir="RTL"></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"><span dir="RTL"></span><span dir="RTL"></span> و </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">Amos23</span><span dir="RTL"></span><span dir="RTL"></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"><span dir="RTL"></span><span dir="RTL"></span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهد متغیّر معنویتِ محیط کار در مجموع دارای ضریب تأثیر قابل‌ملاحظه‌ی 68 درصد بر سلامت روانی جامع کارکنان می‌باشد. کلیه فرضیه‌های فرعی تحقیق نیز تأیید گردید. </span></p> This study aimed to investigate the effect of workplace spirituality on comprehensive mental health of employees and its three main dimensions (emotional well-being, psychological well-being, and social well-being). This research is consumed an applied research and the survey method has been used for data collection. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses. The statistical population of the research included employees of Pazargad petrochemical company located in Asalouyeh. The sample size was determined based on Morgan&#39;s table. Finally, 238 employees were selected using simple random sampling. Data gathering tool was Milliman questionnaire for workplace Spirituality and Keyes^, continuum-short questionnaire for comprehensive mental health. The validity of both questionnaires has been evaluated in terms of face, content and construct. For reliability testing, Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient has been used. The value of this coefficient was 0/81 for Millenium questionnaire and 0/84 for Keyes questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS25 and Amos23 software. Findings show that the workplace spirituality variable has a significant coefficient impact of 68% on the comprehensive mental health of employees.
