fa مدیریت تنیدگی با ارائه رویکردی تلفیقی از تحلیل پاپیونی و ماتریس مقایسات زوجی فازی مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">هدف ‌این مقاله استفاده از ماتریس مقایسات زوجی فازی</span></span> <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">و تحلیل پاپیونی برای انتخاب ‌بهترین سناریوی کنترل استرس در کادر پرستاری سازمان بهداشت و درمان صنعت نفت بود. این ‌تحقیق از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای- ‌کاربردی و از‌ نظر ‌ماهیت داده‌ها، فازی به‌شمار می‌رود. همچنین، از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع ‌مقطعی و از نظر مسئله پژوهش، از نوع ‌همبستگی می‌باشد. متغیر‌های وابسته، مقدار ارزش نهایی‌(وزن) عوامل ایجاد‌کننده استرس، اثرات وقوع استرس و موانع بُروز استرس شغلی در کادر پرستاری و متغیر‌های مستقل، ارزش نسبی گزینه‌ها نسبت به یکدیگر بود. نوآوری ‌این مطالعه ارائه رویکردی‌ فازی و ترکیب آن با روش تحلیل پاپیونی برای انتخاب ‌بهترین سناریوی کنترل استرس کادر پرستاری بود و نتایج تحقیق با نظرسنجی از گروه خبرگان به‌دست آمد. در این مطالعه، نبود سلامت جسمی و روانی، پایین بودن حقوق و مزایا، فقدان کنترل بر شرایط کاری، محیط فیزیکی نامناسب و مشارکت نداشتن در تصمیم‌گیری به‌ترتیب به‌عنوان مهمترین عوامل بُروز استرس در کادر پرستاری مشخص شدند.</span></span> The purpose of this paper was to use the fuzzy couple comparison matrix and Bow-Tie to select the best scenario for stress management of nursing staff in Petroleum Industry Health Organization. This research is considered a developmental and applied research in terms of its objective in which the fuzzy data has been used. The research type has been correlational and based on data collection, it is consumed a cross-sectional research. The dependent variables were final value (weight) of stressors, the effects of stress, and barriers to occupational stress in nursing staff. Also, Independent variables were the relative value of options relative to each other. Using an integrated method of fuzzy Bow-Tie to select the best scenario to stress management of nursing staff was the invention of this research. The results which obtained by a survey of experts, showed that lack of physical and mental health, low salaries and benefits, lack of control over working conditions, inappropriate physical environment and lack of participation in decision making were identified as the most important factors of stress in nursing staff, respectively. استرس, تحلیل پاپیونی, ماتریس مقایسات زوجی فازی, سازمان بهداشت و درمان صنعت نفت.
