other شایستگی‌های مدیریتی بر اساس نظریه داده‌بنیاد (مطالعه موردی: شرکت گاز استان اصفهان) مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف این پژوهش، تدوین نظریه شایستگی مدیریتی با استفاده از نظریه داده ‌بنیاد بود. برای دستیابی به این هدف، با 15 نفر از مدیران سطوح مختلف شرکت گاز استان اصفهان که به روش هدفمند (با حداکثر اختلاف) انتخاب شده بودند، مصاحبه‌ای نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. علاوه بر این، ماهنامه ندای گاز،‌ سایت ملی گاز و سایت‌های گاز 30 استان و شرح شغل مدیران ارشد شرکت گاز اصفهان به صورت هدفمند (نمونه‌گیری نظری) انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار&nbsp; گرفت. سپس بر اساس روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد،‌ در مرحله رمزگذاری باز، مفاهیم شناسایی و به 8 مقوله اصلی و 78 مقوله فرعی تقسیم‌بندی شدند. سپس در مرحله رمزگذاری محوری، با استفاده از شرایط علّی، مقوله اصلی، راهبردهای‌ کنش و کنش متقابل، زمینه، شرایط مداخله‌گر، موانع و پیامدهای شایستگی‌های مدیریتی، این مقوله‌ها در قالب پارادایم، تعیین شد. در رمزگذاری انتخابی نیز سیر داستان ترسیم و قضیه‌ها تدوین گردید. در پایان نیز برازش نظریه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.</span></span></strong> The purpose of this research was to preparation the theory of managerial competency using grounded theory. The 15 semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 managers selected purposefully (maximum variation sampling) from among the different levels of management in Isfahan Gas Company. Also, Gas monthly magazine, web sites of&nbsp; National Iranian Gas Company and&nbsp; thirty province and&nbsp; job description of managers selected purposefully (theoretical sampling) and studied. Then based on grounded theory, in the open coding phase, concepts were collected and categorized into 8 main categories and 78 sub categories. In the phase of axial coding, the link between these categories were determined in the form of coding paradigm under titles of causal conditions, core phenomenon, mutual action/reaction strategies, context, intervening conditions, obstacles, and the consequences of managerial competencies. In the selective coding phase, the story line was sketched out and the propositions were generated.
