other زمینه های انسانی، نهادی و اجتماعی تولید و انتشار دانش و قابلیت های فناورانه در صنعت نفت ایران (1357-1387) مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">مقاله حاضر به وضعیت دانش وزمینه های اجتماعی <em>کسب قابلیت های فناورانه</em> در یکی از بخش های مهم کشور یعنی صنعت نفت می پردازد.با بررسی وتحلیل مقالات علمی چاپ شده در فصل نامه انجمن نفت ایران تا سال1357&nbsp; وبررسی سایر نهاد های مرتبط، نخست سیمای وضعیت علمی وفناورانه&nbsp; این صنعت ترسیم می گردد.آنگاه نظام تولید وانتشار دانش واجزای تشکیل دهنده آن در زمینه ای تاریخی واجتماعی تحلیل می گردد.نتیجه آنکه علی رغم فعالیت های برجسته وموثر علمی وفنی در این بخش به ویژه از سوی انجمن مذکور بخش های سیاست گذار و پژوهشی دیگر نتوانسته اند جهت علمی ودانشی این بخش را به سوی تولید ونشر دانش روز وفناوری محور ودر نتیجه کسب قابلیت های نوآورانه ودانشی که زمینه ساز توسعه فناوری است سوق دهند.</span></strong> In this essay the situation of petroleum knowledge creation and dissemination in Iran oil industry and its technological capabilities have been investigated.
