fa شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی پژوهشگران برای توسعه آینده؛ مورد مطالعه؛ یکی از مراکز پژوهشی صنعت نفت پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">با توجه به افزایش نقش و جایگاه پژوهشگران در توسعه مزیت‌ رقابتی شرکت‌ها و نقشی که توانمندسازی آنها می‌تواند در این فرایند ایفا نماید، شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی پژوهشگران به عنوان هدف اصلی این تحقیق مد نظر قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی از نظر گردآوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی تلقی می‌شود. جامعه آماری تحقیق را پژوهشگران مرکز تحقیقاتی مورد مطالعه شامل 150 نفر تشکیل داده است که با عنایت به کوچک بودن جامعه از روش سرشماری استفاده شد. با مطالعه ادبیات موضوع و با استفاده از نتایج تحقیقات پیشین، 28 عامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی پژوهشگران، شناسایی و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی بررسی شد. سپس، عوامل موثر بر توانمندسازی پژوهشگران این مرکز در سه دسته عوامل شغلی، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل فردی احصاء گردید. در ادامه، با استفاده از تحلیل عاملیِ تأییدی، بار عاملی هریک از شاخص‌های این عوامل محاسبه شد. پس از استخراج نتایج، وضعیت این عوامل و شاخص‌های آنها در این مرکز تحلیل گردید. در نهایت، با توجه به اینکه ارزیابی وضعیت موجود در هر سه دسته شاخص کمتر از میانگین بود، برای انجام اقدامات اصلاحی به مدیران پژوهش برای توسعه آینده توصیه‌های لازم ارائه گردید. </span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;">Considering the increasing role of researchers and their empowerment in developing the competitive advantage of the companies, identifying and analyzing the factors affecting the empowerment of researchers was considered as the main objective of this research. The present study is considered an applied research in terms of its purpose and descriptive, in terms of data-collection is. The survey method has been ued and data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of researchers at a research center in petroleum industry. By studying the related literature and using the previous researches, 28 factors influencing the empowerment of the researchers were identified and analyzed using factor analysis. Then, the factors influencing the empowerment of the researchers in this center were measured in three groups: occupational factors, organizational factors and individual factors. Then, using factor analysis, factor loading of each index of these factors was calculated. After that, the results were extracted; the status of these factors and their indicators at this center was analyzed.
