fa واکاوی پیشران‌های سیاسی توسعه صادرات محصولات پتروشیمی با رویکرد انسجامی مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون صادرات پتروشیمی، شناخت پیشران‌های توسعه صادرات در اقتصاد کشور و تجاری‌سازی نقشی اساسی در تکمیل چرخه بازار و توسعه آن خواهد داشت. بر این اساس این مقاله به شناسایی پیشران‌های توسعه صادرات پتروشیمی با رویکرد انسجام سیاست‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و با روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها بر اساس اسناد و مدارک گذشته و همچنین مصاحبه بود. در این روش، 35 مقاله منتشر شده در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی علمی پژوهشی معتبر داخلی و خارجی بررسی و همچنین با 12 نفر از متخصصان و مشاوران بین‌المللی صنعت پتروشیمی کشور، پژوهشگران مرکز پژوهش‌های مجلس و سیاست‌گذاران مصاحبه انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نحوه انتخاب افراد مصاحبه‌شونده به‌صورت گلوله&rlm;برفی بود. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. در تحلیل داده‌های کیفی 85 کد شناسایی شد که پس از ادغام کدهای مشابه با یکدیگر درنهایت 50 کد استخراج و در 10 مفهوم مشابه طبقه‌بندی و درنهایت در 4 تم اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند. سیاست‌های حمایتی توسعه صادرات، سیاست‌های زیرساختی، لجستیک تجاری و دیپلماسی اقتصادی سیاسی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین پیشران‌‌های کلیدی توسعه صادرات محصولات پتروشیمی کشور از دیدگاه مدیران بخش بین‌الملل پتروشیمی و صاحب‌نظران این حوزه شناسایی شد.</span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Considering the increasing importance of petrochemical exports, knowing the drivers of export development in the country&#39;s economy and commercialization will play a fundamental role in completing the market cycle and its development. Based on this, this article aims to identify the drivers of petrochemical export development with the policy coherence approach. The current research was conducted in terms of practical purpose and with the qualitative method of thematic analysis. The data collection tool was based on past documents and interviews. In this method, 35 articles published in reliable domestic and foreign scientific research databases were reviewed and 12 experts and international consultants of the country&#39;s petrochemical industry, researchers of the Majlis Research Center and policy makers were interviewed. The purposeful sampling method and the method of selecting interviewees was snowball. In order to analyze qualitative data, thematic analysis was used. In the qualitative data analysis, 85 codes were identified, after merging the similar codes with each other, finally 50 codes were extracted and classified into 10 similar concepts and finally categorized into 4 main themes.
