fa طراحی الگوی رهبری سخاوتمند در شرکت گاز استان کرمان Designing a generous leadership model in Gas Company of Kerman Province مديريت Management پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر به بررسی طراحی الگوی رهبری سخاوتمند در شرکت گاز استان کرمان پرداخته و دارای رویکردی آمیخته مبتنی بر تحقیق کیفی و کمی است و جامعه آماری بخش کیفی به‌منظور ساخت مدل، شامل 18 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه در رشتههای مدیریت رفتار سازمانی و منابع انسانی و مدیران ارشد شرکت ملی گاز بود. جامعه آماری بخش کمی شامل 265 نفر از کارکنان شرکت گاز استان کرمان بود که به‌صورت طبقهای انتخاب شدهاند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این تحقیق، مراجعه به اسناد، مصاحبه با خبرگان و پرسشنامه بود. تجزیه&rlm;وتحلیل دادهها بر اساس تکنیک تحلیل مضمون، مدلسازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای NVIVO، SPSS و Smart PLS انجام شد. نتایج بخش کیفی نشان داد که ره‌آوردهای رهبری سخاوتمند در شرکت ملی گاز شامل 21 مضمون پایه و 8 مضمون سازمان است. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی دارای برازش مطلوبی است.   The present study investigates conducted with the aim of designing a model of generous leadership in Gas Company of Kerman Province and has a mixed approach based on qualitative and quantitative and the statistical population of the qualitative part for the purpose of building the model included 18 professors in the fields of organizational behavior management and human resources and senior managers of National Gas Company. The statistical population of the quantitative part included 265 employees of the gas company of Kerman province, who were selected in a stratified manner. The tools of data collection in this research were referring to documents, interviews with experts and questionnaires. Data analysis was done based on thematic analysis technique, structural-interpretive modeling and structural equation modeling using NVIVO, SPSS and Smart-PLS software. The results showed that the antecedents and outcomes of generous leadership in National Gas Company include 21 basic topics and 8 topics of organizing.
