fa طراحی مدل ریسک‌های راهبردی در صنعت پتروشیمی در ایران Designing a strategic risk model in the petrochemical industry in Iran مديريت Management پژوهشي Research صنعت پتروشیمی به&rlm;عنوان یکی از بخش&rlm;های مهم سیستم توزیع، تولید و اقتصاد انرژی کشور و با در اختیار داشتن مسئولیت اجرایی احداث واحدها و توزیع و بهینه&rlm;سازی مصرف و همچنین با توجه به برخورداری از دانش فنی و تأثیرگذاری این صنعت بر درآمدهای ارزی کشور، می&rlm;تواند یکی از پیشران&rlm;ها در حصول اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی باشد. اما صنعت پتروشیمی که حلقه اتصال بین صنعت نفت و صنایع دیگر هست با جریان رو به رشدی از ریسک&rlm;های راهبردی مواجه بوده است. ازاین&rlm;رو، در این پژوهش به&rlm;منظور درک جامع عوامل مؤثر بر ریسک&rlm;ها از رویکرد نظریه داده&rlm;بنیاد نظام&rlm;مند استفاده شده است. یافته&rlm;ها بیانگر این است که پنج دسته عوامل «تحولات سیاسی، تحولات اقتصادی، عدم&rlm;اطمینان بیرونی، ریسک&rlm;های سازمانی، ریسک&rlm;های سطح مدیریت راهبردی و ریسک تحریم&rlm;های مالی» شرایط علّی 97 ریسک شناسایی&rlm;شده در این پژوهش هستند. مهم&rlm;ترین آن&rlm;ها، ریسک&rlm;های وقوع جنگ و ناآرامی، تحریم سرمایه&rlm;گذاری و تحریم فروش محصولات پتروشیمی است. راهبردهای «تحلیل و شناسایی ریسک، ارزیابی ریسک، پاسخ به ریسک، کنترل و نظارت بر ریسک، یادگیری و بهینه&rlm;سازی و امنیت سرمایه&rlm;گذاری» به دسته پیامدهای «نقش تأثیرگذار در بازار، دستاورد سازمانی، سودآوری، بهبود اعتبار و دستاورد ملی» می&rlm;انجامند. شرایط زمینه&rlm;ای اثرگذار بر راهبردها «ریسک اعتباری، ریسک نقدینگی، ریسک مدیریتی، ریسک&rlm;های مالی زنجیره و ریسک بازار» هستند و دسته عوامل «ساختار دولتی، ریسک سازوکار تصمیم&rlm;گیری و ریسک سرمایه&rlm;گذاری» به&rlm;عنوان شرایط مداخله&rlm;ای شناسایی شدند Petrochemical industry as one of the important parts of the energy distribution system, production and economy of the country and having the executive responsibility of building units and distribution and optimization of consumption and also considering the possession of technical knowledge and the influence of this industry on the incomes the country’s currency can be one of the drivers in achieving the goals of resistance economy. But the petrochemical industry, which is the connecting link between the oil industry and other industries, is facing a growing flow of strategic risks. Therefore, in this research, in order to comprehensively understand the factors affecting risks, a systematic database theoretical approach has been used. The findings show that five categories of factors “political changes, economic changes, external uncertainty, organizational risks, strategic management level risks and financial sanctions risk” are the causal conditions of 97 risks identified in this research. The most important of them are the risks of war and unrest, banning investment and banning the sale of petrochemical products. The strategies of “risk analysis and identification, risk assessment, risk response, risk control and monitoring, learning and optimization and investment security” are the consequences of “influential role in the market, organizational achievement, profitability, credit improvement and national achievement” They do it.
