fa شناسایی و سنجش زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش پروژه‌ها در سازمان‌های پروژه‌محور صنایع بالادستی نفت و گاز ایران مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و سنجش میزان وجود زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش پروژه‌ها در تعدادی از سازمان‌های پروژه‌محور صنایع بالادستی نفت و گاز ایران و مقایسه‌ی آن‌ها است. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد پژوهش کمّی و استراتژی پیمایشی به رصد زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش پروژه‌ها پرداخته است. پرسشنامه</span></strong><strong>‌</strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">های سنجش زیرساخت</span></strong><strong>‌</strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">های مدیریت دانش در 41 سازمان بالادستی صنعت نفت و گاز تکمیل گشت. براساس نتایج، از میان زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش، مؤلفه‌های &laquo;فرهنگ سازمانی&raquo; و &laquo;نیروی انسانی&raquo; بیشترین و مؤلفه‌ی &laquo;ساختار&raquo; کمترین سطح را داشته‌اند. سازمان‌های مشاور، پیمانکار عمومی، مدیریت طرح، پیمانکار طرح و ساخت و کارفرما در رتبه</span></strong><strong>‌</strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">های یک تا پنج از حیث مناسب بودن ساختارهای مدیریت دانش قرار داشتند. از منظر دولتی و خصوصی بودن، سازمان‌های خصوصی در رتبه‌ی نخست و پس از آن سازمان</span></strong><strong>‌</strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">های نیمه‌خصوصی و دولتی در جایگاه‌های بعدی از لحاظ زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش قرار داشتند؛ در عین حال، هیچ‌یک از این دو رتبه‌بندی از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری را بین بخش های مورد بررسی نشان نداد</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></strong> The purpose of this research is identification, evaluation and comparing the reality of &quot;projects knowledge management infrastructures&quot; in some project-based organizations of iranian oil & gas industry in upstream. Applying &nbsp;quantitative method and survey strategy, projects knowledge management infrastructures in project-based organizations of iranian oil & gas industry in upstream were monitored. Khnowledg management infrastructure questionnaires were completed in 41 upstream organizations in oil & gas industry of Iran. Results showed that among infrastructures, &quot;organizational culture&quot; and &quot;human resource&quot; had the highest score and &quot;structure&quot; had the lowest score. Consulting organizations, general contractor, construction management, design-build contractor, and employer ranked consequently, one to five in terms of suitability of knowledge management structures. From a public and private perspective, private organizations ranked first and then semi-private and public organizations in the next place in terms of knowledge management infrastructure.
