fa آسیب‌شناسی زنجیره ارزش با رویکرد آمیخته در شرکت ملی نفت ایران مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">این مقاله با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی آسیب‌شناسی زنجیره ارزش با رویکرد آمیخته در شرکت ملی نفت ایران انجام گرفت. برای این منظور نخست یک مدل اولیه ارائه شد و سپس به اعتبارسنجی و ارائه مدل نهایی آسیب‌شناسی زنجیره ارزش با رویکرد آمیخته شرکت ملی نفت ایران پرداخته شد. این مطالعه از منظر هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی ـ توسعه‌ای است و از منظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها، در دسته پژوهش‌های پیمایشی ـ مقطعی قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین چون از روش‌های کمی و کیفی استفاده‌ شده است یک پژوهش آمیخته است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه در مرحله کیفی شامل اساتید و خبرگان باتجربه شرکت ملی نفت است که به روش هدفمند از دیدگاه 17 نفر استفاده شد. همچنین در بخش کمی، از دیدگاه 400 نفر از کارکنان شرکت ملی نفت ایران استفاده شد. در این مقاله برای شناسایی آسیب‌</span></span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">‌</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">های زنجیره ارزش نفت از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده ‌شده است. برای اعتبارسنجی مدل نیز از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده ‌شده است. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای </span></span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">MaxQDA</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> و</span></span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Smart PLS</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> انجام ‌شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که ضعف‌های خط‌مشی‌گذاری، ضعف‌های مدیریتی، ضعف فنی ـ مهندسی و همچنین چالش‌های محیطی مهمترین آسیب‌های موجود در زنجیره ارزش نفت کشور به شمار می‌روند. برای هریک از چالش‌های چهارگانه فوق‌الذکر نیز شاخص‌هایی شناسایی‌ شده است</span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">The aim of this paper was to design and validate the oil and gas value chain pathology model with a mixed approach. For this purpose, first a preliminary model was presented and then the final model of oil and gas value chain pathology with a mixed approach was validated and presented. This study is an applied-developmental research in terms of purpose and in terms of method and time period of data collection, is in the category of cross-sectional research. Also, because both quantitative and qualitative methods have been used, a research is mixed. The statistical population of this study in the qualitative stage includes experienced professors and experts of the oil company, which was purposefully selected from the perspective of 17 people. Also, in a small part, the views of 400 employees of the oil company were used. In this paper, content analysis method has been used to identify oil and gas value chain injuries. The partial least squares method has been used to validate the model. Data analysis was performed with MaxQDA and Smart PLS software. The results show that policy weaknesses, management weaknesses, technical-engineering weaknesses as well as environmental challenges are the most important damages in the country&#39;s oil and gas value chain.
