fa چارچوب توسعه صنایع پایین‌دستی صنعت پتروشیمی با تمرکز بر مدیریت پنجره‌های فرصت همپایی مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">توسعه صنایع پایین‌دستی پتروشیمی با توجه به منابع غنی و قابلیت‌های بالقوه آن، فرصتی عظیم برای رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور است؛ لذا در این مطالعه اجزای فرایند همپایی شامل توانمندی‌ها و قابلیت‌ها، پنجره‌های فرصت (فناورانه، تقاضا، سیاست‌ها/نهادها)، راهبردها و مسیرها و نیز اهداف همپایی در صنایع مذکور به صورت همه جانبه بررسی شد که نوآوری تحقیق نیز محسوب می‌شود. در این راستا با مرور بر مبانی تحقیق و نظرخواهی از 15 تن از خبرگان این حوزه از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. طبق نتایج، چارچوب حصول به همپایی در صنایع پایین‌دستی پتروشیمی ایران دارای 12 مؤلفه توانمندی و قابلیت، 22 مؤلفه پنجره‌های فرصت، 11 مؤلفه راهبردها و مسیرها و درنهایت 15 مؤلفه موفقیت در همپایی است که می‌توانند محرک یکدیگر باشند؛ بنابراین به سیاست‌گذاران حوزه صنایع پایین‌دستی پتروشیمی پیشنهاد می‌شود از چارچوب ارائه‌شده در این تحقیق برای برنامه‌ریزی حصول به همپایی و بهره‌گیری از مزایای آن بهره بگیرند. </span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The development of downstream petrochemical industries is a huge opportunity for the economic growth and development of the country due to its rich resources and potential capabilities. Therefore, in this study, the components of the integration process, including capabilities and capabilities, windows of opportunity (technological, demand, policies/institutions), strategies and paths, as well as the goals of integration in the mentioned industries were comprehensively investigated, which is also considered research innovation. In this regard, the theme analysis approach was used by reviewing the basics of research and soliciting opinions from 15 experts in this field.
