fa شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی ریسک‌ها و ارائه استراتژی‌های کنترلی مدیریت پیمان در پروژه‌های مؤسسه مطالعات بین‌المللی انرژی مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی ریسک‌ها، به همراه ارائۀ استراتژی‌های کنترلی مناسب مدیریت پیمان در پروژه‌های ‌مؤسسۀ مطالعات بین‌المللی انرژی انجام</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> می‌شود. با بررسی پیشینۀ تحقیق و استفاده از روش دلفی و پرس‌وجو از کارشناسان، ریسک‌ها شناسایی</span></b><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> می‌شوند. جهت تصحیح، تکمیل و تأیید سیاهۀ ریسک‌ها، مراحل مختلف روش دلفی به کار گرفته خواهد شد. به منظور رتبه</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">بندی ریسک‌ها، ابتدا میزان احتمال وقوع و انواع اثرات هزینه</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">ای، زمانی، کیفیتی و محدوده</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">ای هر ریسک با استفاده از نظر خبرگان تعیین</span></b><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">‌</span><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> می‌شود. برای داشتن مقدار اثر واحد برای هر ریسک، از تلفیق اثرات استفاده</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> می‌شود. در نهایت، عدد ریسک برای ریسک‌ها محاسبه می</span></b><span arial="" dir="LTR" style="font-family:">‌</span><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">شود و ملاک رتبه</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">بندی قرار</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> می‌گیرد. پس از رتبه</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">بندی، استراتژی‌های کنترلی در رابطه با ریسک‌های اولویت‌دار تبیین</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> می‌شود. پس از اجرای فرایند فوق</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">الذکر، ابتدا تعداد 68 ریسک در مراحل مختلف چرخۀ عمر پروژه‌های ‌مؤسسۀ مطالعات بین</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">المللی انرژی شناسایی شد که پس از غربالگری، 48 ریسک وارد محاسبات ارزیابی و اولویت&shy;بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که از نظر کارشناسان، ریسک‌های مرتبط با مراحل قرارداد و اجرای پروژه‌ها، بیشترین تعداد و پراهمیت</span></b>‌<b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">ترین ریسک‌ها هستند. بنابراین، با مدیریت صحیح آنها و اجرای استراتژی‌های ارائه‌شده می‌توان تا حد زیادی موفقیت پروژه‌های مورد بحث را تضمین کرد.</span></b><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize risks and to provide appropriate control strategies for management contract of projects of the IIES. By examining the research background, Delphi method and questioning from experts were identified the risk and in order to correct, complete and confirm them, they entered different Delphi method, then the probability of occurrence and effect of each risk was determined by using the opinion of experts. After combining the cost, time, quality and range effects of each risk and multiplying the overall effect by the probability value of that risk number was obtained and control strategies in relation to high risks were presented. A total of 68 risks were identified at different stages of the project life cycle, of which 48 risks were included in the evaluation and prioritization calculations.
