fa تحلیل تأثیر روش‌‌های انتقال فناوری بر ظرفیت جذب شرکت‌های اکتشاف و تولید ایران (E&P) Analysis of the impact of technology transfer methods on the absorption capacity of Iran's exploration and production companies (E&P) مديريت Management پژوهشي Research در طول سدۀ گذشته کشور ایران تلاش‌‌های زیادی برای انتقال فناوری از طریق شرکت‌‌های نفتی داشته، ولی کمتر در این عرصه موفق بوده است. یکی از دلایل این عدم‌توفیق را‌ می‌توان در میزان ظرفیت جذب شرکت‌‌های نفتی در پذیرش فناوری‌‌های انتقال‌یافته جُست. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل‌‌ تأثیر روش‌های انتقال فناوری بر ارتقای ظرفیت جذب شرکت‌های نفتی به روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. به این منظور ضمن بررسی کامل معیارهای‌ مؤثر بر ظرفیت جذب در روش‌های انتقال فناوری، وضعیت روش‌های انتقال فناوری در شرکت‌های اکتشاف و تولید ایران از این منظر مورد پیمایش قرار گرفت‌. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را کلیۀ خبرگان و متخصصان حوزۀ مدیریت فناوری و حوزۀ نفت و گاز تشکیل دادند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 31 نفر از آنها‌‌ انتخاب شد و‌‌ برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامۀ‌‌ محقق‌ساخته و برای تحلیل داده از آزمون تی استفاده شد.‌‌ نتایج حاکی از آن است که با تکیه بر 20 معیار منتخب ظرفیت جذب و بررسی بیش از 23 روش همکاری در بین شرکت‌های ایرانی، 15 روش بیشترین‌‌ تأثیر را بر ظرفیت جذب در شرکت‌های ایرانی داشته‌‌‌اند. در همین راستا رهیافت‌های سیاستی نیز ارائه شد.‌‌   During the last century, Iran has made many efforts to transfer technology through oil companies, but it has been less successful in this field. One of the reasons for this lack of success can be found in the absorption capacity of oil companies in accepting transferred technologies. The aim of the current research is to analyze the impact of technology transfer methods on improving the absorption capacity of oil companies using a descriptive-survey method. For this purpose, while fully examining the effective criteria on absorption capacity in technology transfer methods, the status of technology transfer methods in Iran's exploration and production companies was surveyed from this point of view. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the experts and specialists in the field of technology management and oil and gas field, 31 of them were selected by the purposeful sampling method, and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information, and the t-test was used to analyze the data.‌. The results indicate that relying on 20 selected criteria of absorption capacity and examining more than 23 cooperation methods among Iranian companies, 15 cooperation methods have had the greatest impact on absorption capacity in Iranian companies.
