fa طراحی مدل راهبردی چالش‌های صنعت نفت ایران از منظر مبارزه با فساد و تحقق حاکمیت قانون مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:10%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">مقاله حاضر درصدد طراحی موضوع حاضر از منظر راهبرد کیفی و از تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته و داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته با چندین نفر از خبرگان حوزۀ صنعت نفت و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شده و با کاربست روش شبکه&shy; مضامین بواسطۀ فرایند کدگذاری نظری در راستای کشف مضامین پایه، سازمان یافته و طراحی مدل مورد تحلیل و تشریح قرار گرفته است. یافته&shy;های پژوهش نشان داد که از چهار مضمون فراگیر: 1. عدم تحقق حاکمیت قانون در مقابله با فساد، 2. وجود فساد سیستماتیک در صنعت نفت، 3. ضعف مدیریتی در صنعت نفت، 4. عدم حس تعلق و مسئولیت‌پذیری شهروندان در مقابله با فساد، به نظر رسیده است و از دو روش ارزیابی به شیوۀ ارتباطی و ممیزی پایایی سنجی با تکرارپذیری و تعمیم‌پذیری استفاده شده است.</span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The present article tries to design the present topic from the perspective of qualitative strategy and take advantage of the content analysis and research data using semi-structured interviews with several experts in the field of oil industry and selected using the theoretical sampling method. The theme network method has been analyzed and described through the process of theoretical coding in order to discover the basic, organized themes and model design.
