fa تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی عملکرد نوآوری مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:10%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:446.5pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی عملکرد نوآوری در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب اجرا شده است.</span></b><b> </b><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش مدیران و روسای واحدهای ستادی و عملیاتی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب و شرکت‌های زیرمجموعۀ آن می‌باشند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری داده‌های پژوهش پرسشنامۀ استاندارد است.</span></b><b> </b><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">جهت تحلیل توصیفی از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و برای تحلیل فرضیات و آمار استنباطی از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس استفاده شد.</span></b><b> </b><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتایج نشان می‌دهد </span></b><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">با بهبود فناوری اطلاعات، عملکرد سازمانی و عملکرد نوآوری در سازمان افزایش می‌یابد. </span></b><b><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در شرکت موجب می‌شود که جابجایی و دسترسی اطلاعات به‌خوبی اجرا شود و همین امر موجب می‌شود که زمینه برای نوآوری در سازمان و کارکنان افزایش یابد.</span></b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#1e1e1e"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the impact of information technology on organizational performance with the mediating role of innovation performance</span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">in The National Iranian South Oil Company. </span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The method of descriptive survey research is correlation type and practical in terms of purpose.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The statistical population of the current research is the managers and heads of the headquarters and operational units of the National Iranian South Oil Company and its subsidiary companies.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The tool for measuring research data is a standard questionnaire.
