fa شناسایی استراتژی‌های فناوری زنجیرۀ بلوکی در صنعت نفت و گاز مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی استراتژی‌های فناوری زنجیرۀ بلوکی در صنعت نفت و گاز است. در این تحقیق از روش تحقیق آمیخته استفاده شده است. در بخش کیفی، جامعۀ پژوهش، خبرگان حوزۀ فناوری زنجیرۀ بلوکی بودند که تعداد 12 نفر از میان آن‌ها به‌صورت هدفمند جهت انجام مصاحبه عمیق انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری باز و محوری، استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی، نمونۀ آماری شامل 232 نفر از متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات بودند که از بین جامعه به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کمّی از معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل کیفی گویای آن است که 42 گزارۀ مفهومی اولیه (فراوانی 604) با 36 مقولۀ فرعی، 6 گزارۀ مقوله‌ای اصلی و یک کد محوری، استراتژی‌های فناوری زنجیرۀ بلوکی ترسیم و ارائه شد. نتایج کمّی نشان می‌دهد مدل نیاز به اصلاح ندارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The purpose of the research is to identify blockchain technology strategies in the oil and gas industry. In this research, the mixed research method has been used. In the qualitative part of the research community, there were experts in the field of blockchain technology, 12 of whom were purposefully selected for in-depth interviews. Open and axial coding was used to analyze the data. The statistical sample consisted of 232 IT professionals who were randomly selected from the community. To analyze the data in a small part, variance-based structural equations have been used. The results of qualitative analysis show that 42 initial conceptual propositions (frequency 604) were drawn and presented with 36 sub-categories, 6 main categorical propositions and a central code of blockchain technology strategies.
