fa تحلیل ساختاری و سیستمی نظام نوآوری صنعت نفت ایران مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">در این پژوهش کیفی که از نوع توصیفی بوده و با </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">راهبرد پژوهش مطالعۀ موردی انجام گرفته، نظام نوآوری صنعت نفت ایران در قالب اتخاذ رویکرد توأمان ساختاری و کارکردی (رویکرد سیستمی) به‌طور عمیق و در بافت طبیعی خود از دید مشارکت‌کنندگان موردمطالعه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.</span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"> در این پژوهش بر مبنای چارچوب نظری مشتمل بر پنج مؤلفۀ سیستمی نظام نوآوری، بازیگران و ارتباطات <span style="color:black">فی‌مابین</span> آن‌ها بررسی شده‌اند. </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">به‌منظور تأمین روایی سازه‌ای از مأخذ اطلاعاتی چندگانه (مصاحبه‌ها، مشاهدات و تحلیل اسناد) و برای حصول روایی بیرونی از نظریه‌های پیشین به‌عنوان چارچوب نظری اولیۀ پژوهش استفاده شده است. همچنین </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" lotus="" style="font-family:">جذب و توسعۀ دانش و فناوری‌های راهبردی صنعت نفت به‌عنوان کارکرد اصلی نظام شناسایی و سه زیرکارکرد برای آن معرفی شد. درمجموع شناسایی 29 چالش ساختاری و کارکردی موجود از منظر خبرگان، مکمل شناخت از این نظام بوده و نهایتاً پیشنهاد‌های سیاستی ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">In this descriptive qualitative research with case study research strategy, the Iranian oil industry innovation system in the form of adopting a structural and functional approach (systemic approach) in depth and in its natural context from the perspective of the participants studied. Based on theoretical framework that includes five systemic components of innovation system, actors and relationships between them have been identified. In order to ensure validity of the structure, multiple information sources (interviews, observations and document analysis) is used. Also to achieve external validity, previous theories have been used as the initial theoretical framework of the research. The absorption and development of strategic knowledge and technologies of the oil industry was introduced as the main function of the system and three sub-functions identified for it. Identifying 29 existing structural and functional challenges from the perspective of experts has complemented the understanding of this system.
