fa مرزگستری در پروژه‌های کلان پژوهشی شرکت ملی نفت: فراترکیب ادبیات موضوعی و ارائه جهت‌گیری‌ تحقیقات آتی مديريت Management كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه با به‌کارگیری روش فراترکیب کیفی، عناصر و مؤلفه &shy;های اصلی ادبیات مرزگستری را شناسایی و چهارچوب نظری را در این حوزه ارائه و شکاف&shy; های موجود در ادبیات و جهت‌گیری تحقیقات آتی را تبیین کرده است. به همین منظور و با استفاده از رویکرد پریسما، پس از شناسایی 5500 منبع اولیه و انتخاب 900 منبع مرتبط با حوزۀ مدیریت و کسب</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">وکار، پس از دو مرحله غربالگری، 17 منبع مورد بررسی و تحلیل عمیق قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش مفهوم مرز، تعاریف مرزگستری، فعالیت‌های مرزگستری، سطوح و ساختار مرزگستری و مفهوم موارد مرزی تشریح شده‌اند. یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد تحقیقات مرزگستری در حال گرایش به سمت حوزه‌های مدیریت نوآوری، مدیریت همکاری‌ها و مدیریت دانش است. همچنین شکاف‌های نظری در ارتباط با مکانیزم</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">های مرزگستری و به‌ویژه انتقال پدیدۀ مرزگستری در سطوح مختلف فردی، تیمی و شبکه در این پژوهش شناسایی شده و در انتها با ارائۀ مدل مفهومی، پیشنهادات و جهت‌های تحقیقات آتی در این زمینه ذکر شده است. &nbsp;</span></span> The complex and ambiguous nature of innovative activities has forced organizations to think beyond their conventional boundaries. In this regard, inter-organizational projects are carried out with the aim of developing complex technological systems, changing organizational routines and developing capabilities. Designing and implementing inter-organizational projects creates many inter-organizational challenges and tensions. Appropriate response to these challenges requires determining the milestones, goals and adaptation of the project to the environment through the boundary-spanning mechanism. Although boundary-spanning research has expanded significantly recently, studies show that there are a few Iranian review studies that discusses boundary-spanning, and at the international level, after several decades of the formation of the boundary-spanning literature, there are a few review studies that explore the boundary-spanning phenomena focusing on the inter-organizational projects. Using qualitative meta-synthesis method, this study identifies the main elements and components of boundary-spanning literature and presents a theoretical framework in this field as well as gaps in the literature and the direction of future research. In this research, the concept of boundary, definitions, activities, levels and structure of boundary-spanning and boundary objects are described.
