fa طراحی الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد مالی شرکت‌های پتروشیمی مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد مديريت Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف از این پژوهش، تدوین الگویی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مالی شرکت‌های پتروشیمی بوده است. &nbsp;پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی از نوع اکتشافی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، آمیخته(کمی- کیفی)بوده است.جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل20نفرازخبرگان حرفه ای و دانشگاهی این حوزه به شیوه نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی هدفمند تا سطح اشباع و در بخش کمی نیز،</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تعداد 200 نفر از کارشناسان و مهندسان شاغل در شرکت‌های پتروشیمی به روش نمونه‌گیری انتخاب شدند</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&nbsp;. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، ابتدادربخش کیفی و پس از مرور پیشینه و انجام مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان وبا به‌کارگیری رویکرد اشتراوس وکوربین از نظریه داده بنیاد،مدل پژوهش در قالب 98 مفهوم کلیدی،24مؤلفه و6بعد حاصل گردید سپس در بخش کمی پژوهش، با به‌کارگیری روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل معادلات ساختاری، اعتبارسنجی مدل انجام شد. نتایج &nbsp;پژوهش نشان داد، شاخص نکویی برازش کل مدل درحد قابل‌قبول0/486است و به نظر می‌رسد نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌تواند در ارزیابی عملکرد مالی شرکت‌های پتروشیمی مؤثرباشد.&nbsp; </span></span> The purpose of this study was to develop a model for evaluating the financial performance of &nbsp;petrochemical companies. The methodology of the research was exploratory in terms of purpose and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of data collection method. 200 experts and engineers working in petrochemical companies were available by sampling method. To achieve the objectives of the research, first in the qualitative section and after reviewing the background and conducting in-depth interviews with experts and applying the Strauss and Corbin approach from the Grounded theory, the research model was obtained in 98 key concepts, 24 components and 6 dimensions. Structural equation analysis, model validation was performed.
